Yes but the real world is not a set of standard questions. Although the AI didn't train on those questions, it almost definitely trained on examples of it in past papers and exams.
Using AI to help doctors expand their horizon and consider less identified symptoms is good, but phrasing this as almost as good as expert is not it.
