I "talked" to AI about nutrition.
Yeah you can feed it a lot of good information and studies, but it still might give you bad (meal planning with too few calories and really gross food combinations given a list of available ingredients) or downright dangerous (loads of simple carbs and starches for diabetic meals, high PRAL counts or high oxalate foods for specific kidney disease).
Can't spell "Ain't it" without AI. Stick to the people who did more than take a class or two on Nutrition in college.
