In some cases they already are and they def learn much faster then us. I do believe it's the girls fault for not paying attention plus as indriver I know how pathetic people can be and they just walk in front of a car like their entitled and that the car will stop when in reality you walking infront of a machine that can take your life in a matter of a split second.
