"Experts"? There's no such thing when it comes to AI, because the only real expert is AI itself. After all, AI has already exceeded, by far, the expectations of its creator, and that in itself tells us that we've created a monster of our own like. The human race's determination to destroy itself will only be accelerated.
"Global regulation" is a total myth, because the only interest each and every country in the world will have in AI is what it can get out of it, rather than what that country can give or achieve as a whole.
