A Lawyer here, LOL not true everytime i chatgpt something I get absolutely ridiculous answer it makes up case law of thin air, It gives sections of laws that have been replaced or not in force. I would say less than 40% accuracy. It only gets right the theoritical aspect of general principles and constitutional amendments, basic human rights and so on.
