All this proved to me is that Legal eagle is incapable of talking about a Musk owned company without bias.
He even misrepresented the IIHS "study" that gave Tesla top marks for AEB, and wasn't meant to determine if the car was "self driving". For those interested in actual legal information, I recommend Warren Redlic who is "biased" the other way, but atleast sticks to the actual facts in the case, instead of picking the defense, before the facts are read.
