*Executives making technology decisions have no background in technology* , and don't think they need any. They pressure engineering to produce sometimes irrationally conceived code on timelines that don't allow for testing, Q.A., or documenting (reporting) what the code does.
*Developers almost always start writing code before they have planned the task they need to complete* . As a consequence, they have always produced unplanned "spaghetti" code. The problem here, is that it's not _their_ spaghetti code -- it's A.I.'s spaghetti code.
*Developers can't write good prompts* . A carefully tagged and structured, very specific prompt would solve a high percentage of the problems this video describes -- but that assumes that the developer can design a solution to a task, and most developers can't.
