No. Voting for a machine would put us at the mercy of machines who are unable to be human. Since when is what is right or wrong dependent on algorithms?
Even if emotions or feelings can be programmed into a machine, the spontaneity or sense of inner conviction will not be there. Afterall who determines what emotion is the right response to a particular situation. The same unfortunate event will cause one human to feel sorrow or anger, and another to feel glee at another's predicament.
