Optimistic BS! You should not have to learn anything, because a simple law that punishes the site and publisher for not stating at the start of the video that it is AI-generated would solve this. Still, no, the scam money generated by all this is spread around to everybody involved, all the way up to government officials, who are being lobbied by the very tech companies that profit from it. Right now, tech is the ultimate four-letter word. Just about every tech item you own now is being used to invade your privacy, collect your data, and gain maximum profit and control. You are being monitored right now by tech, and the government loves it!
