I do not understand the drinking water problem. I mean, if you need "nice" coolant you run it in a close loop, right? You can clean it, filter, cool down in a radiator and pump back. And you may be sure, that there are no impurities dangerous to the cooling system, right? So where the heck is the problem? You need to fill the system, then it is done. Looses may be minimized. Don't tell me they are running open loop systems... they don't right?
