regarding the upper limit of no-code app building with cursor or windsurf, what if you build a bunch microservices using a GPT as the overall high level project manager; you can design the high level structure, then each microservice could be designed only big enough to maintain a context window that can be handled by claude or whatever, you just need to connect it all which the GPT can help with
