AI can't u derstant complex programation problems. For example in physics of solid fluid interaction with FEM and molecular dynamics coupling the AI can read code but not reproduce it accurate. Is good tool for small codes lines. An example is the navier Stokes equaations solved on FEM in Fortran lenguage. The AI can't make proper periodic boundary conditions and some times puts bugs on codes. On the other hands if for simple bash codes to open files makes copies or call ssh directions can be usefull but you need to make a bouble check of the codes the AI gives you
