The recent rise of these Datacenters is indeed a global environmental concern. What/If Virginia gets compromised due to some natural disaster or prolonged power outage, the whole AI and rest of IT world will be affected. Though most datacenters will have a DR (Disaster Recovery) location however there should be a periodic DR Drill.
