We're not doomed, the general public is unhappy with the state of generative AI and professionals are slowly chipping away at creating regulations. Courts have already needed to make decisions and set precedents. I'm pretty sure there will be regulations before AI can take over. Then we can talk about whether or not we are doomed. It's a hard time for creatives right now, but hope isn't lost yet and hopefully we can return to our favored careers soon.
