Autonomous IA is frightening. Even if it never leads to a large scale war, I find it utterly disgusting and insulting that somebody could get killed just because a machine crunched some numbers and the result is to pull the trigger.
People working on that kind of stuff are useful idiots and moral degenerates.
People need to defend themselves, and that makes a legitimate argument for weapons. Machines don't need to defend themselves. Machines are THINGS, not men and women.
