I am in telecom , we have used bot programs and script programs for years to do the routine key strokes to get customers working. Unsure how AI solves any problem we have. Or enhances current productivity. The physical connecting and maintaining of equipment does not get done thinking about it. This whole thing has that hype bubble vibe to me.
