Tesla used a known fraudulent sells campaign to take clients monies fraudulently. They knew they, in all probability, would never produce a truly self-driving vehicle. By them not putting all known safeguards on all their vehicles, they have shown that they knew their vehicles weren't capable of being totally safe. They should all face criminal charges, which would put Tesla out of business.
