Sorry I waited so long to listen to your latest story. Around 2:30, we have already designed mobile phone sized LLMs for far cheaper than GPT. In the next few years, we could all have LLMs helping us on our phones *_without_* internet connection. We can't yet comprehend the effects this might have on society.
