It would be so much easier for AI to replace CEOs and most executive/office jobs. Much harder for them to replace humans that offer customer service and have to communicate with the customers.
Most customers only want to deal with robots for easy things, like paying for something. When it comes to asking questions or dealing with a conflict, the average customer gets even more angry and upset when its a robot they have to deal with. But no customer would be outraged if the business they're supporting is managed by AI instead of a greedy soulless human
