Not really how it works. Kind of an embarrassing AI take tbh.
Aggression is something inherit to a lot of living organisms on this planet. We and other creatures evolved to be aggressive because it kept us alive during the hunter gatherer times.
Aggression and malice is not something that just comes bundled with sentience. Aliens could be totally peaceful, because they evolved to take energy from the sun or such in such. If all life on that alien planet could get infinite energy from an infinite source, then there would be no reason for them to attack one another.
AI will not attack humanity unless we tell it to. An AI has no interest in world domination.
