I kinda hate that AI turned writing assignments to in person only times writing assignments. I hate not being able to edit my work this is just not conducive to helping me actually learn anything. You don’t have enough time to go through notes or have anything you need on hand. You can no longer quote anything because very few people will remember verbatim. And if you try to read through things you’ll more likely run out of time. Idk this doesn’t feel like a solution to me but a way to disadvantage a lot of people without actually helping anyone learn it just penalizes everyone in favor of reducing plagiarism.
