A way to see why not disclosing the usage of ai, is to pretend you are a woman getting surgery. You met your surgeon before the surgery, who is a woman. Only to find out post opperation that no, she was not your surgeon, the surgeon who opperated on you was some random male surgeon you've never met or even seen. How betrayed would you feel if that were to happen?
