Well yes, this is a problem about culture. For example, by statistics a black man with a parenhood close to violence and who lives in the hood has a really high chanse of something like that happening.
About the medical situation, black people do report themself less times of being sick or feeling weak or weird, and is harder to quick-check them because of the color and their strong bodies, while whites are very weak and cry a lot more, also their skin is a rainbow of emotions and sickness.
So it is a problem, but not about biased data sets, is about the culture and situations that we have allways faced. Same problems that the AI just gathered together
