This is America, and we still have the right to vote. It will cost billions to update the roads for those piles of junk. No Politian is going to support spending billions on a project that would take away millions of jobs. That's suicide. This video has been up for nearly two years, and there has been no infrastructure bill. Nor will there be, if it involves updating the road for driverless trucks.
