Thing is, if we stopped shaming women for having such content of themselves exist in the first place, if employers weren't able to use it against them, etc. Then at least it wouldn't be so easy to blackmail them with stuff like that. That doesn't solve the problem, obviously, but it would be a necessary step in the right direction. With the advance of AI, deepfaking someone will only become easier, and when it gives a perpetrator that much power of their victim to completely ruin their livelihood, it is more likely to continue.
