I'm not even totally against AI uses in the creative industries, but I can't believe that AI bros who spew the line "AI just learns the same way humans do" when defending the mass theft from the creative industry, will then when asked who made an AI image, respond with "ME!". If you asked a human to draw an image, that human is the one that created said image despite your direction. If you ask an AI to draw an image, you're apparently the one who made the image, because of your direction?... huh? So why do we overlook the immorality of AI training because 'that's how humans do it', but then say the prompter is the creator of the image? If you're going to make comparisons to humans when defending AI, you have to be consistent and accept you make nothing when AI generates it for you, no matter the amount of prompting, because 'like a human' that AI had to interpret you BS brief and turn it into an image. There are no AI artists, just people who had an image made for them by AI.
