But humans many times become emotionally attached to people without confirming if the other person really cares about them, and in the same sense that there's no way to confirm if an AI is conscious we also can't confirm our other fellow human is conscious, we only assume it because we believe ourselves to be conscious and since we both are humans, we assume we both possess the same traits.
