I wish you the best of luck. I'm not really an artist of any sort and I don't really care, but I also don't believe your arguments hold much water. I'd say you should keep seeding any 'ai poison' into your art; it's yours and they shouldn't be scraping it without paying you for your work but I don't think you have any legal standing (in the US because it IS a transformative work) and yes, people do indeed make shitty memes like that when they have access to AI generators (most just wouldn't pay for it themselves) and it is going to become profitable very soon.
And I think more than artists need to worry about this.
