There are limitations of how "smart" an A.I. could possibly become. It will take several years before it is able to obtain the processing power of our brains, and we have control on it
As far as Ana's remarks on how infallible drones are, their actions are in response to what their creators have programmed them to do. So yes, if a drone makes a mistake it is of OUR own error. Also, humans haven't exactly been shown to be infallible either. Lets not forget the mowing down of journalists overseas.
