I don't see any problem about it that ChatGPT would write books about real world problems. Human Authors doing it all the time, writing in their books about real world problems or incorporating their own experiences or what others told them into their books, maybe just using different names. So it is more like a coincidence that it also resembles your own problems as a lot if people experience similar things and problems in life. Psychologists hear the same stories over and over again from different people. Relationship problems, work problems,... It would be more of a problem if you would as ChatGPT private information about a specific person and it would spit out everything, like where you live, your phone number, how much money you have, the names and age of your children, your political beliefs,....
