The guy in the casino got a criminal record from that arrest btw, for a crime that literally did not occur. And that kid had at least one gun barrel pointed straight at him for him daring to eat Cool Ranch Doritos, which should scare anyone. This is what happens when you treat everyone in the world as a criminal to be, Big Brother has started working autonomously.
I can't imagine being in high school today, those kids have cameras _in the classrooms_ attached to AI systems that study their face and movement patterns literally every single second, and there's been pics that have surfaced that they have propaganda posters on the walls basically telling kids they have no right to privacy and should be thankful. Back in my day, posters in the hallway were for student art or for achievements, motivational posters or school programs. But hey, glad these same schools are also banning 1984 for corrupting the youth with its themes of "freedom" and "mass criminalization of the populace is bad."
