Mentioned at 13:20 in this video is basically the same point Not Just Bikes raises in his video "How Self-Driving Cars will Destroy Cities (and what to do about it)". I'm all for autonomous vehicles, but it might actually be somewhat of a drawback that they're too safe and risk averse. It enables bad actors to abuse them and just do what they want without the same risk they'd face with human drivers. It's a very interesting problem.
