Image-generating AIs have been around for a while, as well as AI based tools for coloring, select areas, etc. But here these AIs use datasets of original works and fanarts which are both copyrighted. They use it *without* the consent of their creators, making them ethically dubious. If the project was based on voluntary participation, I would have no issue with it. Also, people will realize that, like for any industry, we still need handmade stuff.
