Facial recognition isn't more likely to have a mistake on marginalized people it's regarding skin tone. A lighter tone is easier to recognize, there aren't any light skinned Asians getting misidentified, and a tanned white person will have a higher rate of being misidentified than a light skinned Black or Latino or Asian.
