Pretty much all of middle management can be replaced with AI, those people are glorified data compilers anyway and that's one thing that AI does better and faster.
Next on the line would be judical system, all lawyers, presecutors, judges and such jobs fall perfectly into AIs area of expertise of working within well established boundaries and compiling and comparing vast amounts of data.
I would throw civil administration and politicans out and replace with AI any day, theere is no way even dumbest chat bot would be any worse than them.
