I think it might be time for Melissa to take the lead on these kinds of videos. Isabel just keeps talking to salespeople and nodding at them - she's part of the nonsense agenda, she literally uses the term AI-skills, what does she think that mean means - typing questions into the chatbot?
She will not stop talking about it as if you're somehow smarter by using it, even after Melissa's finished saying it constantly feeds you misinformation. Clueless. Completely unbecoming of the FT's standards - are they not reading these comments?? If I shut my eyes, i'd think I was listening to people from the Economist (derogatory).
