Yup, we always came back to this point ( studied AI back in the early 90s) it always ended with "More's Law" for development and a societai change to everything if it actually suceeded.
We could never find a way that people who have power who'd ever be happy with any social change.
My older self, 30 years of IT experience makes me concerned with governance. ... which is pure terror.
