AI is a tool. It is not at the level that it can fully function and adopt to unexpected situations.
For example, I would use AI to just make my writing sound more professional and more grammatically correct since I suck at that stuff. If the professor need to see, I have proof I did work and just use it as aid and of course I check it afterward to make sure it keep all the key points.
