I can’t believe you did not include Data from Star Trek The Next Generation in your examples, come on! “Measure of a Man” is one of the top ST episodes, exploring the humanity of androids. (You could even include the Doctor from Star Trek Voyager in this list with episodes involving similar artificial person rights, if you want to include AI-based people.)
