There's already improvement in terms of regulation against AI.
DeviantArt, Pixiv, Sketchfab, even ArtStation are now forcing everyone who upload their art must be labelled between made by AI or real humans.
Thankfully, even Pixiv Fanbox, DLSite, Fantia, already ban any AI-made products sold to their website. I also heard Patreon is on the way to crack down AI products as well.
However, there's still chance that AI prompters lying about their labels. So the justification if it's AI or not still gone wild. But nonetheless, us artist must prepare greatest proof to avoid false justification: backup file projects and speed paint.
