My psychologist literally praised AI chats like Chad GPT. I've had more breakthroughs with it then I have with any CBT counselor. I do use alternate names when appropriate, and I do confirm findings with my psychologist. It covers a lot of ground work so I don't have to spend $210 on an hour with her when I could just be processing things with chat GPT, I'm working on more complex stuff that actually needs a human.
