Tesla will never have a 100% self driving car and they have known this for a very long time, its just marketing. Say youre chilling in your carkicking back on the way home. A kid runs onto a highway. How do you program a car to choose between killing the kid or the passenger? Extreme example but still random shit happens on the road all the time. If they choose the kid, its bad for business. They choose their customer, sounds like crazy legal problems (and bad for business).
