The info is not person related lol unless you give it your SSN address and full blown personal info, it has no clue about YOU, but what was shared, which can be anyone...
And yes, do use AI for therapy, there's plenty good ones and the funny part is people not knowing the differences between AIs , not everything can be done with one single AI either, same with humans, like going to a plumber and treating him as your psychologist...Thats how she and most sound and are confused like her how AI works...lol
