I remember that story in the news. Sad. Glad his family was compensated financially at least. And protocol and safety measures were instituted. And this was when AI was just a dream. Even more dangerous to humanity. Nothing wrong with technology. But the over dependence on it without again redundant back ups is a huge mistake!
