Excellent interview and insight. You lost a lot of people talking about the Democratic party trying to or wanting to harness this power.
BOTH parties will want to try and harness this power. To not do it would be stupid. Wish you stop talking to people like they are idiots. BOTH parties would want this. And BOTH PARTIES will be in danger if say a Google started it's own party that would have A.I. to influence the masses with. Hell......the A.I. itself could have it's own party, with no controller, fully knowing what works and what doesn't to influence the human race to elect IT as our president/ruler or whatever else it convinces us is most beneficial for us (or IT in this case).
