Personal opinion? Since a LARGE cross section of the tech world (silicon valley) are obsessed with global warming and ecology they should be 100% green self sufficient. Meaning if they need power they should only be able to use self produced green energy, NO GENERATORS, NO GRID DRAW. They should only be able to use the power available on the roof of their own building.
The equipment needs drinking water quality specific? It needs to be able to recirculate ground water or shipped in water treated in house to remain the same quality as needed.
