States can enforce their anti-AI laws anyway and dare the federal government to come after them. In this case, just like the Federal Arbitration Act, or FAA, the new federal law is anti-human rights and should be easy enough for states to get around due to public pressure. If not, then we can force Congress to remove it. This is also a good reason to mandate a one issue per bill law for all levels of legislature.
