Imagine talking to a chat bot at the drs office and the patient walk out of the visit because of the annoyance of talking to a chat bot. Even if its trained to be empathetic its still a bot. Medicine is already a cold-hearted and unforgiving field. No patient wants to get a call from a bot to remind them about a drs appointment. They already dont answer their phone. They especially dont want to hear about a sad diagnosis from an unapologetic bot on the other end of the phone.
