Thing is: We can't stop it! No, even if the US and Europe were to ban it, then the Chinese would still pursue it and if not them, then some dude in a garage! That's the thing about computer-tech, you might control the hardware (a bit, as there's so much already out there and most stuff can be jail-broken, so you can't control that either!), but software?
