I keep telling everyone that the last jobs on earth for humans will be assembling and manufacturing robots. Once enough robots have been created that human assistance in their creation is unnecessary because the robots themselves can build enough new ones, then there is nothing necessary for humans to do except satisfy the needs of other people for human connection and entertainment. There will be no shortage of jobs for humans in the near term if they are willing to work in robot manufacturing.
